This workshop is meant for runners who may be dealing with running related injuries or training niggles and are looking for some potential solutions to foster a healthy training cycle.
You'll leave with a greater understanding of running related injuries, drills to incorporate into training routines, tips on how to improve the skill of running and a guide to understanding the pain you feel as a runner.
We'll be raffling off a Sisu She Wolf Beanie and a FREE 30 minute session with Dr. Ellie Somers, Physical Therapist & Coach.
