Are you tired of cycling (what I call) the “injury drain?” Are you wondering how to actually get back to what you love with the confidence and freedom in yourself and your body that you’ve been missing? Are you looking for a plan to help you get there?

At Sisu, I believe my role, as a healthcare provider, is to be your teammate in your healing. I have been given a position of power, and believe that helping you harness your power is more useful, than using mine to dictate your life.

If you take the leap to come see me for physical therapy in Seattle, you will be given a partner in your rehab process. A plan from someone who believes that transparency and autonomy are paramount.

My passion lies in care for female athletes of all levels, with a particular focus on running and soccer athletes.

I have seen high level soccer players, fitness athletes, runners, rowers, hikers climbers, swimmers, you name it. I will see anyone who seeks the value that I provide in this setting.
