Are you struggling with achilles tendon pain? There are a lot of different reasons why you might be struggling with achilles tendon pain. This program is designed for those with struggling with achilles tendinopathy (formerly known as achilles tendonitis).

This is a 16 week program that involves a simple self test to determine at which level you will start the program. There are 4 levels to the program. Depending on where you start the program, you may only be utilizing 4 weeks of the program itself.

This program involves achilles tendon loading activities only and does not include additional exercises. It is designed to address achilles tendon issues alone. This program does not substitute for an an individualized approach and treatment for your achilles tendon issue.

Each level includes 3 different exercises and recommended progressions for those exercises. Instructions for the program are included in the purchase of this program.

As with anything of this nature, it is important to highlight that the demands of your activity, may not match perfectly with the demands of this program. While this program can be used for many high demand activities, each sport contains different loading demands that may or may not be addressed in this program design.

This is a great program if you are looking for some self management strategies and direction in how to progress the loading of your achilles. This is also a great program option if you are a trainer or physical therapist who wants a guide in how to progress your clients through their rehab.
